We ship Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Processing begins once your order is confirmed and payment is captured. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Tracking Your Order
- Tracking link is sent via email when your order ships.
- Allow 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
- Multiple items may ship in separate packages with unique tracking numbers.
Address Changes & Cancellations
We move fast. If you need to update an address or cancel, contact us immediately after ordering. Once the order enters processing or ships, changes are not guaranteed.
- Ensure your address is complete and accurate (apartment/suite numbers included).
- Orders flagged for verification may be held until confirmed.
Delivery Issues
Missing or Late Packages
- First, check with neighbors, building staff, or a safe-drop location.
- Allow 24–48 hours after a “delivered” scan—carriers sometimes update early.
- If still missing after 48 hours, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We’ll help initiate a trace with the carrier.
Damaged Items
Save the packaging and take clear photos of the box and item. Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist.
Stolen Packages
If you suspect theft, file a report with the carrier and local authorities. We’ll do our best to help, but Godspeed T Shirt Men is not responsible for packages after a confirmed delivery scan. Consider shipping to a secure location or selecting a signature-required option for high-value orders.
Special Cases
- Preorders: Ship on or before the estimated date listed on the product page. Orders with both preorder and in-stock items may ship separately.
- Partial Shipments: We may split your order to speed up delivery at no extra cost.
- Signature on Delivery: Required at our discretion for high-value orders.
- Holidays: Carriers experience delays during peak season. Order early to ensure on-time delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free standard US shipping on orders $100+ after discounts and before tax. For orders under $100, and for expedited services, rates are shown at checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS domestically, and USPS, UPS, and DHL for international orders.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
Yes—USPS services are used for PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Expedited UPS options are not available for PO Boxes/APO/FPO.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and service level.
Can I pick up my order?
At this time we do not offer in-store pickup. All orders ship from our fulfillment partners.
What currency are duties/taxes charged in?
Duties and taxes are assessed by your country’s customs office and paid in your local currency, unless prepaid at checkout when available.
