Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the details below and contact our support team if you have any questions.

Eligibility & Condition

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors, stains, or pet hair.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Window

  • Refund to original payment method: within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchange or store credit: within 30 days of delivery (subject to stock).

Return windows are measured from the date the carrier marks your order as delivered.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return, or use our contact form.
  2. We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions. US customers can request a prepaid label.
  3. Pack the item securely. Use the original mailer or a similar protective package.
  4. Drop off the return within 7 days of receiving authorization.

Tip: Keep your drop-off receipt and tracking until your return is processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for size or color on the same style, pending availability.

  • US exchanges ship once your original item is scanned in transit.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit per your preference.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive your return; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • US customers may use our prepaid label; a flat $8.95 will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and defect/wrong-item returns are covered by us.
  • You may use your own carrier and label; please retain tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • No restocking fees.

International Orders

  • International returns are accepted; customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover import fees by contacting your local customs office.
  • Exchanges are not available internationally at this time; we will issue a refund upon receipt if eligible.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right and cover all associated shipping costs.

Final Sale & Exceptions

  • Final sale: items marked final sale, limited drops noted as non-returnable, mystery/warehouse sale items, gift cards.
  • Hygiene items (e.g., underwear, socks) and customized products are non-returnable.
  • Worn, washed, or altered items, or items missing tags/packaging, will be denied and returned to sender.
  • Price adjustments are not offered on prior purchases.

Holiday extension: Orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 may be returned through Jan 15 (standard condition rules apply).

Frequently Asked Questions

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

First, check with neighbors and your building/receiving office. If still missing, contact the carrier to file a claim, then email us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll assist with next steps.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

We start processing quickly. If you need to cancel or update your address/size, email us immediately. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is in fulfillment.

What if my return is sent back late?

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization. Late returns may be refused or issued store credit at our discretion.

Refused or undeliverable packages

Packages returned to us as refused/undeliverable will be refunded minus original shipping and a $12 reship/handling fee if reshipment is requested.
